The skin carcinoma is a tumor epidermal not metastasize, ie has a locally invasive nature, which has the problem that invades the skin and underlying tissue is where the problem lies.
There are two types of carcinomas: the vasocelular, which has a better prognosis and Squamous that if you have the ability to metastasize. The two with an early diagnosis are curable, but the squamous but forecast is that the two have usually affect older people, and growing faster. Both are curable tumors, but we can not leave.
Carcinoma is difficult to diagnose initially, because it is often only a small change in color, and as such gives no light is seen.
