Consumption of Pistachio Reduces the Risk of Lung Cancer
U.S. researchers have revealed in a report on cancer conducted in Houston (Texas) that a diet with a daily dose of pistachios may help reduce the risk of cancer, especially lung cancer.
Pistachios reduce cholesterol levels and provide the antioxidants found in vegetable products. Its beneficial effects were evaluated during clinical trials conducted over six weeks to 36 participants.
